About

I design, create, and hold the spaces for you to thrive and flourish.

Supporting people’s well-being is close to my heart. Having experienced stress and its consequences myself, I know how deeply it can affect both body and mind. That journey led me to train as a psychomotor therapist, with a special focus on well-being from a holistic perspective.

In my work, I explore the connection between body, mind, and emotions. I meet you where you are — with your challenges, resources, and opportunities — and together we find ways for you to navigate life with strength and clarity. My approach is reflective, holistic, and investigative, always centered on helping you thrive rather than just survive.

Today’s society places enormous demands on us, often leaving us with a persistent sense of not being enough. This pressure can build into stress, anxiety, and depression, as body and mind remain in a constant state of alertness. I know this feeling of inadequacy well — and I also know that with the right tools and support, it is possible to move beyond it.

That is why I focus on helping you find your inner resources, strengthen your resilience, and cultivate joy and energy in everyday life. It is just as important to handle life when it feels heavy as it is to embrace the lightness that allows us to thrive.

Alongside my work as a psychomotor therapist, my practice is further enriched by additional training in NLP, Thai massage, and psychomotor personal training, allowing me to draw from a broad toolbox depending on your needs.
